Who We Are -

A Team with over 25 years of experience in Customer Communication Solutions

Founded in 2017, Hexcen was created to address a critical gap in the service sector; specifically, the lack of dedicated, flexible and quality-focused Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions for small to medium-sized enterprises. With over 25 years of industry experience across government and commercial sectors, our team understands the operational and compliance challenges businesses face in delivering effective customer communications.

In many organisations, CCM projects are fragmented; passed from vendor to vendor exposing clients to inefficiencies, cost blowouts and data security risks. At Hexcen, we work as an extension of your internal IT or project team. Clients provide us with their Business Rules Document (BRD), data files, output requirements and design assets and we take care of the rest. From data transformation to multi-channel delivery, we ensure end-to-end security, accuracy and compliance without the overhead of managing multiple vendors.

Hexcen is led by Fahim Ahamed, a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience delivering data-driven communication and transformation solutions to clients in the wealth management, superannuation, local government and financial services sectors.

Fahim brings a deep expertise in managing legacy and modern data systems, enterprise data migration, business rule interpretation and end-to-end communication workflows. His track record includes major contributions to leading superannuation funds, councils and public transport organisations; successfully delivering solutions involving complex data sets, compliance requirements and large-scale multi-channel communication.

With a background in computing from Monash University and a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies, ETL, SQL and customer data platforms, Fahim’s leadership ensures that Hexcen remains at the forefront of secure, scalable and efficient CCM delivery. His commitment to continuous improvement and emerging technologies drives Hexcen’s innovation-first approach.
